Martket (Martket Branding Inc.) is a licensed importer and distributor of Medical Devices (MDEL #12507) and Natural Health Products (SL #COV1140) by Health Canada.

A Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL) is issued for the activities of importing or distributing (selling) medical devices for human use in Canada. An MDEL is issued by Health Canada’s Regulatory Operations and Enforcement Branch (ROEB), based on an attestation that the establishment meets all of Health Canada’s MDEL regulatory requirements. During regular inspections by Health Canada, MDEL holders must demonstrate to Health Canada that they meet the regulatory requirements related to the medical devices that they import or distribute (sell) in Canada.

A Site Licence gives the licensee the authorization to manufacture, package, label or import natural health products in Canada. These activities must be carried out according to the good manufacturing practices outlined in the Natural Health Product Regulations.
