SCREEN PRINTED DIRECT-TO-FILM (DTF) TRANSFERS (WATER-BASED / DIGITAL PRINT)
Unique: Our professional grade Technical Heat Transfers are an innovative hybrid of screen printing and digital technology combining water-based and certified OEKO-TEX 100 digital inks to create a softer feel print with amazing color brightness and vibrancy, tonal gradients, and ultra-high detail with the ability to render photo-real images.
Durable: High stretchability and rebound makes our Technical Heat Transfers extremely versatile across a range of fabrics and applications, lab-tested to be durable for up to 70 washes without peeling, cracking, or fading (industry standard for screen printing is 40-50 washes).
Eco-Friendly & Safety Tested: Water-based, phthalate-free, lead-free and certified OEKO-TEX 100 inks provide a sustainable alternative to PVC without harsh or toxic chemicals and use less energy and waste than other textile decoration methods. Transfers are made on recyclable PET transfer film. Prop 65 compliant and CPSIA tested – comply with all applicable children’s product safety rules.

Eco-Friendly: All sewn applications are done using GRS Certified sustainable sewing thread made from 100% recycled PET bottles. Our high-quality, environmentally friendly sewing thread uses no harmful substances and are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. Thread carriers and packaging also rely exclusively on recyclable or recycled materials.
Technical Patches utilize advanced fabrics and treated fibers, along with a proprietary ink system to produce an exceptional embellishment without the use of PVC.
