PRODUCTION & CAPACITY
Monthly Production Capacity: 500–5,000 units, depending on complexity and styles.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We offer a flexible MOQ starting at 200 units, allowing you to include up to 3 colors per style. Our MOQ structure supports different production levels to help brands grow, while ensuring raw materials are used efficiently and costs remain reasonable.
- Tier 1: 50–100 units for new SKUs/launches.
- Tier 2: 200–500 units for proven sellers.
- Tier 3: 500–1,000+ units for scaling brands.
Scalability: We can handle both specialized and mid-scale production. Larger volumes may be split into batches.
Lead Time: When working together to plan production calendars, we start by identifying key dates—such as major sales launches, store delivery deadlines, or photoshoot sample needs—and then work backward to build a comprehensive 12–24 week timeline. This ensures all critical milestones are met while maintaining an efficient and realistic workflow. Below is an approximate breakdown of each stage in the development and production process. Not all steps may be necessary if already completed, and timelines may vary slightly depending on the season.

Repeat or Top-Up Orders: If all raw materials, trims, and components are already in-house and no new sampling or development is needed, repeat or top-up orders can typically be completed within 4–6 weeks.
