CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM)

Martket is registered with the Canada Border Services Agency’s Assessment and Revenue Management system, commonly known as CARM. As the official system of record for commercial import duties and taxes, CARM provides importers with a secure, centralized platform for managing their customs accounts and financial obligations with the CBSA.

Through the CARM Client Portal, Martket can access commercial import transactions, account balances, statements of account, and customs-related financial information. The platform also supports the accounting of imported goods, the calculation and payment of applicable duties and taxes, and the management of authorized relationships with customs brokers and other trade service providers.

For our customers and international partners, our direct participation in CARM supports accurate customs accounting, greater visibility into import transactions, and coordinated management of commercial shipments entering Canada. It forms part of Martket’s broader commitment to regulatory compliance, responsible importation, and dependable cross-border supply chain execution.
