Health Canada Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL)

Martket is licensed by Health Canada as an importer and distributor of Class I, II, III, and IV medical devices under a Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL). This licence authorizes us to import and distribute medical devices in Canada while demonstrating compliance with the Medical Devices Regulations and Health Canada’s regulatory requirements.

As an MDEL holder, Martket maintains documented quality and regulatory procedures for complaint handling, recalls, distribution records, incident reporting, and the safe handling and distribution of medical devices. These requirements help ensure that products are managed responsibly throughout the supply chain and that any potential safety concerns can be addressed quickly and effectively.
