Commercial Invoice – must include: – Seller’s Company Name, Address, and Phone Number – Purchaser’s Company Name and Address – Description of each item sold/purchased – Value of each item sold/purchased 2. Material content of each item listed (ie. 100% Cotton) 3. Country of Manufacture for each item listed 4. If an item is CUSMA/NAFTA exempt, a copy of the CUSOMA/NAFTA certificate 5. Any other applicable documents required to import/export shipment |
